We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, and other details displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes, fabric characteristics, or handcrafted work. These minor variations may not be considered product defects.
4. Product Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Product availability may change without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Ketushi may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, store credit, refund, or another suitable option, where applicable.
5. Prices & Payments
Product prices displayed on the Ketushi website may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable when the order is successfully placed will generally be the price charged for that purchase.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods available on our website. If a pricing error, payment issue, or suspicious transaction is identified, Ketushi may review, hold, or cancel the affected order.

An order confirmation indicates that your order has been received, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched. Orders may be subject to product availability, payment verification, or other checks before dispatch.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Ketushi processes and ships orders according to the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
For orders within India, delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and pincode.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligible requests generally need to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery and are subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
9. Product Claims
Customers are encouraged to record a clear and continuous unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel.
Such video evidence may be required when reviewing claims involving damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or incomplete products.
10. Colour, Print & Fabric Variations
The colour shown on your device may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and device calibration.
Products involving handcrafted or hand-printed work may also have natural variations in colour, texture, print placement, or finish.

Customers are responsible for following the washing, ironing, drying, storage, and care instructions provided with their products.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
